Vinification: After a manual traditional grape harvest, the grapes go to boxes of 20kg. Then follows a very careful selection of the best grapes.
The grapes are delicately pressed and the fermentation process occurs in stainless steel vats under controlled temperatures for 4 weeks.
Tasting Notes: Citric colour, intense, fruity aroma,
with a long and exquisite finish.
Aging Potential: Should be drunk young, up to 2 years after bottling date.
Pairing Suggestions: Fish, seafood, seafood stew or various meat dishes.
Serve: Between 6ºC – 8ºC.
Global production: 1333 bottles.
