Vinification: After a manual traditional grape harvesting, the grapes go to boxes of 20kg, then the best grapes are carefully selected.
The grapes are delicately pressed and the fermentation process occurs in stainless steel vats, under controlled temperatures for 4 weeks.
Tasting Notes: Straw color. Fresh flavour with citrus notes blended with flower. A lively and stimulating acidity creates an end product with class.
Aging Potential: Should be drunk young, up to 2 years after bottling date.
Pairing Suggestions: Grilled fish, white meat or just as an aperitif.
Serve: Between 6ºC - 8ºC.
