Vinification: Grapes are destemmed, pressed and maceration for 12 hours.
The fermentation process occurs in stainless steel vats under low temperatures.
Tasting Notes: Salmon coloured wine. Complex aroma with notes of red fruit. Lively acidity with a fresh engaging final.
Aging Potential: Should be drunk young, up to 2 years after bottling date.
Pairing Suggestions: Salad, light pasta meals or white meats.
Serve: Between 6ºC - 8ºC.
