After a manual traditional grape harvest, the grapes go to boxes of 20 kg.
Then follows a very careful selection of the best grapes. The grapes are delicately pressed and the fermentation process occurs
in stainless steel vats under controlled temperatures for 4 weeks.
Tasting Notes: Citric colour, intense, fruity aroma, balanced and seductive.
Aging Potential: Should be drunk young, up to 2 years after bottling date.
Pairing Suggestions: Fish, seafood, sushi and white meats.
Serve: Between 6ºC - 8ºC.
Global Production: Between 10000 bottles.
