Vinification: After a manual traditional grape harvest, the grapes go to boxes of 20kg. Then follows a very careful selection of the best grapes.
The grapes are delicately pressed and the fermentation process occurs in stainless steel vats under controlled temperatures for 4 weeks.
Tasting Notes: Citric colour, elegant bouquet with tropical notes. Sweet, well balanced with a long finish.
Aging Potential: Should be drunk young, up to 2 years after bottling date.
Pairing Suggestions: Fish dishes, seafood, served in a romantic place and if it’s possible contemplating the sunset.
Serve: Between 6ºC - 8ºC
